SUPPORT
Helping the Heart
It’s very natural to reach out for help when you are hurting, and sharing your experience with others who are in similar situations can be very helpful. However, you and no one else set the grieving hands of time to your own time clock. You may find that a group setting is not for you. Being a volunteer can also bring you hope by simply helping others.
