SPRINGFIELD - Patricia A. Lehnen of Springfield died at 3:27 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2010. at her home. She was born May 23, 1956. in Chicago Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patricia has been a resident of Springfield since 2001. She loved crocheting and needlepoint. She enjoyed caring for her pets and gardening.
She is survived by 2 sons, Randall RJ Heltsley of Springfield, IL and Ryan Heltsley of Evansville, IN. She also had several adopted children.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 on Thursday, July 22, 2010, at Staab Funeral Home, with a funeral service at 11 a.m., Reverend LeRoy Donathan officating.
