SPRINGFIELD - Kurt A. Schuh, 43, of Springfield, IL died at 9:45 pm on Friday, July 9, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born on July 5, 1967 in Durand, WI to Leonard and Irene Schumacher Schuh.
Kurt was preceded in death by his father, Leonard and his brother-in-law Ken Martin. He is survived by his mother, Irene Eide of Springfield, IL, stepfather, Richard Eide of Wheatland, MO; 5 sisters, Nancy (Jim) Helgeson of Adams, WI, Janet Martin (friend: Ardean Pfund) of Mondovi, WI, Sue (Ken) Hinds of Janesville, WI, Pam Schuh of Mequon, WI, Karen Downey of Sherman, IL; 3 brothers, Steve (Audrey) Schuh of Racine, WI, Wayne (Karen) Schuh of Vernon, WI, Kevin (Carolyn) Schuh of Springfield, IL; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He lived in Springfield most of his life.
Kurt was a union carpenter for Carpenters Local #16.
A visitation will be held from 3-6:30 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2010 at Staab Funeral Home with a funeral service at 6:30 p.m. Reverend Vaughn Beeman will be officiating.
