Rollin was born in Peoria, IL. He graduated from Balyki High School in Bath and is a member of Real Life Church.

Other memberships include NRA and Ducks Unlimited. Rollin is a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from the Illinois Air National Guard.

Rollin joined the Staab Family team in 1999.
