Nancy was born in Effingham County, IL. She graduated from Central High School in Clifton, Sangamon State University, University of Illinois in Champaign and is a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Rochester as well.

Other memberships include National Arbor Day Foundation, National Garden Association and AARP.

Nancy joined the Staab Family team in 1996.
