Heather was born in Morrison, IL. She graduated from Newman Central Catholic High School in Sterling and Carl Sandburg Community College. She also attended Sauk Valley College. She is a member of St. Catherines Catholic Church in Prophetstown. Other memberships include Sigma Phi Sigma Fraternity. Heather joined the Staab Family team in 2004.
