Heather was born in Morrison, IL. She graduated from Newman Central Catholic High School in Sterling, Carl Sandburg Community College in Galesburg and attended Sauk Valley College in Dixon as well. Heather is a member of St. Catherines Catholic Church in Prophetstown.

Other memberships include Sigma Phi Sigma Fraternity.

Heather joined the Staab Family team in 2004.
