Don was born in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Lindblom Technical High School in Chicago, Bradley University and Tulane University. He is a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Other memberships include 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, American Legion, Interveterans Burial Detail of Sangamon County, United States Power Squadron and Island Bay Yacht Club. Don is a U.S. Army veteran. Don joined the Staab Family team in 2002.
